When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your donation, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Tax receipts for offline donations are mailed within four to six weeks after the donation has been processed.

As far as possible, your expressed giving preference will be respected and followed. In the event that a project is fully funded, discontinued or a designated international worker leaves the C&MA, any remaining funds will be used at the discretion of the C&MA.
